Bio of William King
William King
William "Bill" King graduated from the University of Florida in 1981. Shortly thereafter, he became a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, and a Certified Healthcare Business Consultant. In 1987, he founded DoctorsManagement, LLC – primarily serving medical practices nationwide as accountants and business advisors. In 2011, he expanded his service base to include Dentists, Veterinarians, and Small Business owners – and his company was re-engineered as Accountants and Business Advisors, LLC (ABA). Bill has started, and currently operates, several small businesses in which he has ownership. He has also had a significant role in the capital raise requirements for several of those small businesses to which he is connected. His firm, ABA, currently serves over 3,300 clients - providing them with business advice and tax minimization strategies. Bill lives in Knoxville, Tennessee with his wife of over 35 years, Meg. His oldest son is practicing law after graduating from the U.F. Levin College of Law and his youngest son is a fitness trainer and real estate salesman following his graduation from the University of Mississippi.Bio of Paula Guy
Paula Guy
Paula Guy is co-founder and former President and CEO of SALUS Telehealth. She is a pioneer and visionary in telehealth in the United States. Her 18 years of leadership experience building successful telemedicine networks has gained her a national and international reputation as a telemedicine expert. Previously Guy served as the CEO for Georgia/Global Partnership for Telehealth, one of the first telehealth networks in the nation. She was the driving force behind the formation and successes of the Georgia Partnership for Telehealth, Alabama Partnership for Telehealth, and Florida Partnership for Telehealth, all 501(c)(3)s. Guy worked for the Southeast Health Unit, Georgia Department of Human Resources, Division of Public Health Waycross District for 18 years. She served as Telehealth Director, Coordinator for the Georgia State Cancer Registry and Director of the Community Care Services Program. Guy is a Registered Professional Nurse. She served on the board of the DCH Georgia Health Information Exchange, the advisory board for Georgia Technology Authority, and review boards for grants. She is a frequent speaker and consultant on telemedicine. In 2013, Guy was awarded the Metro Atlanta Chamber “Phoenix Award” as Community Leader of the Year. Richard Clark
Richard Clark has worked as a senior level executive in the healthcare industry for over thirty years. He has experience in large to medium sized hospitals and physician practice management. He completed his undergraduate education in business and finance at the University of Missouri in Kansas City, MO. He completed his graduate work in healthcare administration at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. Mr. Clark has developed many successful clinical service lines and joint ventures throughout his career in the areas of: heart; cancer; rehabilitation; women’s health; orthopedics; emergency medicine; primary care; diagnostic centers; surgery centers; and many more. He has demonstrated expertise in team building, turnarounds and organizational growth. After serving seventeen years as the President & CEO of Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System, the organization was awarded the Cleverly & Associates “5 Star Rating” for combined results on cost, quality, and reinvestment. Under his leadership, net revenues grew from $40M to $100M, capital improvements neared $75M , and Press-Ganey patient satisfaction scores exceeded the 90th percentile.Bio of Clarence Williams
Clarence Williams
Clarence Williams is a telehealth Industry expert currently serving as the Director of Telemedicine at The Children’s National Hospital located in Washington, D.C. where he has served July 2018. Prior to his current position he was Director of Telehealth for Catholic Health Initiatives, and also served in various positions with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Mr. Williams holds multiple degrees including: a Bachelors in Science in Mass Communications from Middle Tennessee State University; a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Memphis; and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. He is well known for his expertise in Strategic Planning and Process Improvement.Bio of Mark Overholt, MD
Mark Overholt, MD
Dr. Mark Overholt is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist commonly referred to as an ear, nose and throat or ENT doctor. He began his undergraduate education at Stanford University in Stanford, CA. He then went to Medical School at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, where he remained for residency training in both general surgery and otolaryngology. After completing his residencies he joined Ear, Nose and Throat Consultants of East Tennessee. He specializes in Otolaryngology and Plastic Surgery and is affiliated with East Tennessee Children’s Hospital and Parkwest Medical Center. Dr. Overholt has been in practice for over twenty years and has been recognized as a Castle Connolly Regional Top Doctor who consistently receives five star ratings from his patients.Bio of David Hinkle

Co-founder and Principal of TORG (The Outlet Resource Group). TORG is a global retail real estate advisory firm with a specific expertise in the outlet sector. TORG is the operating partner of six outlet centers located coast to coast partnered with Private-Equity Real Estate Investment Group. TORG consults with International real estate ownership groups, Institutional Investors, REITS, Municipalities and an International firm that designs & builds theme parks and destination entertainment venues globally.
Current additional consulting assignments in addition to Salus Telehealth that David works on includes working with Zero Latency, A Melbourne-based Virtual Reality company that operates over 45 units globally; August Moon Drive-In, a New York-based start-up in the immersive entertainment space backed by high-level individuals in the entertainment sectors from Nashville and Los Angeles; Starbucks and their top licensed operator base in Philadelphia, PA. In addition, David is working with a Knoxville-based real estate developer to develop a 300+ acre Motorsport Park that will built in Oak Ridge.
David’s business career includes 17 years as executive and owner of a retail company. His retail experience coupled with his current business has provided great insight and experience with destination retail. All told, in the past 30 years he has conducted business in 44 states as well as consulted on projects in China, Europe and Latin America.
David has been active with Angel Investor Groups and also served on the Fairview Technology /Tech 2020 board for three years.Bio of Dr. Jeffrey Kesler
Dr. Jeffrey Kesler
Dr. Jeffrey Kesler is Chief Operating Officer for SALUS TeleHealth. He drives operations to
successfully achieve the corporate mission; the advancement of telehealth in order to deliver
worldwide access to healthcare. Dr. Kesler’s in-depth knowledge of telemedicine applications in
healthcare and his track record in successfully solving challenges to implementation are key to the
success of SALUS Telehealth strategic initiatives. Dr. Kesler brings to SALUS Telehealth, more than 20 years of broad clinical and operations
experience in the field of healthcare. He has been responsible for strategic and tactical leadership
for large healthcare companies across the United States. He has also served as the executive lead
for the development and implementation of telemedicine programs across many states and in numerous
facilities. He is a nationally recognized speaker on the design, implementation, operation, and administration

Trip Polles
Trip Polles is Chief Business Development Officer at SALUS Telehealth. He is an accomplished
business leader and executive with more than twenty years’ experience leading and managing various
businesses in the healthcare industry. His professional career encompasses experience in diverse
disciplines, giving him unique insights into the development and application of telemedicine. Polles cofounded and ran the successful operations of two pharmaceutical start-ups. He also built
and maintained large sales force contingents for leading corporations in the United States. As a
result, he has an extensive network of contacts and colleagues in the U.S. healthcare industry,
including Big Pharma and health systems, that will help further the goals and objectives of SALUS. Polles received his initial sales training from Pfizer, which is hailed as the best training program
in any industry in the world. He also completed clinical training in a variety of specialties,
including a Multidisciplinary Preceptorship at Mount Sinai School of Medicine.Bio of Binoy Cherian
Binoy Cherian
Binoy Cherian serves as Chief Strategy Officer and CTO at SALUS Telehealth. He is responsible for
positioning the company strategically to become the leader in the telehealth market. Cherian brings to SALUS, more than a decade of leadership experience in the fields of technology and
healthcare. He has also held executive positions as CIO, COO, and CEO at multiple healthcare
organizations. His work grew corporate market share to a point where each organization successfully
achieved a competitive advantage and outpaced the strategic position of its competitors. Cherian’s
ability to evaluate and execute technology that meets the unique scenarios of healthcare has led to
the development of successful software platforms that are used by physicians and healthcare
companies nationwide. At SALUS Telehealth, Cherian will support and counsel the CEO regarding the development,
communication, execution, and maintenance of corporate strategic initiatives. Cherian’s goal is to
develop the corporate roadmap for SALUS’ telemedicine technology platform with a focus on

Terry Johnson is a proven, accomplished executive professional in human resources, with over twenty years of corporate level senior leadership contribution. Experienced in the responsibilities of leading traditional human resources areas such as, employee and labor relations, development and training, policy development, disciplinary processes, employee retention, recruiting and succession planning, compensation and benefits, health and safety, security, union avoidance, employee communications programs, community relations, physician relations, government relations, compliance and quality programs. Mr. Johnson has had the honor of working with many excellent businesses over his career including: Quorum Health Cooperation, HCA Physician Practice Services, LifePoint Hospitals,Inc., Jarden Zinc Products, Walt Disney World, General Shale Products Corporation and Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc., to name a few.Bio of Dr. Peter Wrobel, MD
Dr. Peter Wrobel Practicing medicine in Georgia for over 20 years, Dr. Peter Wrobel is a skilled physician
experiences
in diagnosing and treating vein disorders. He is the Medical Director of both North Georgia Vein
Institute in Cumming, GA, north of Atlanta, and Elite Vein Specialists in Waycross, GA. A member of the American College of Phlebology, Dr. Wrobel has extensive experience treating vein
disorders having performed over 8,000 vein procedures. As part of his Phlebology studies, he trained
under nationally recognized vein care specialists. Dr. Wrobel has obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Saskatchewan, College
of Medicine, and his undergraduate degrees is Physiology and French, also from the University of
Saskatchewan, in Saskatoon, Canada. He interned and completed his residency at Plains Health Centre,
and affiliate of the University of Saskatchewan. He began his career in Waycross, GA in 1995. Since then, he taught through the Medical College of
Georgia in Augusta, GA as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine; and he was an Assistant
Clinic
Professor of Medicine for Okefenokee Residency program in Waycross. In addition, Dr. Wrobel has a
special interest for treating patients with Sleep Apnea and Venous Insufficiency at both locations.
He is passionate and is a great advocate for the use of telemedicine. Dr. Wrobel is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice and is ABFP certified. He is
also a member of the American College of Phlebology, American Academy of Family Physicians, Southern
Medical Association, National Commission on Correctional Healthcare and Society of Correctional
Physicians. Dr. Wrobel is married with 5 children. He is an active member of his church and enjoys going on
mission trips around the world.
